UAE Delivery (Our Local Home)
We’re proud to be a Dubai-born brand! We offer fast, reliable shipping across the Emirates and kept things simple for our community:
Free Delivery in Dubai: Orders of AED 100 and above.
Free Delivery in Other Emirates: Orders of AED 250 and above.
Standard Delivery: Orders below AED 100 are subject to a small delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Delivery timeline: From the Burj to the Beach, expect your Kinderpop parcel within 1–2 working days.
GCC & International Shipping
Kinderpop travels! We love seeing our products reach families around the world:
GCC (KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain): Typically 3–5 working days.
Global Shipping: For all other international destinations, please contact us at hello@shopkinderpop.com for specific delivery times and rates to your country.
Please note that International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes upon arrival.
Order Processing & Cut-off Times
Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GST) are typically dispatched the next business day.
Peak Seasons: During busy seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods (like Back-to-School), processing may take slightly longer.
You will always receive a notification with delivery updates once your order is on its way.
Order Cancellations
We’re pretty fast! Because our team starts prepping your order almost immediately, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After that, since your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to follow our Return Policy.
