At Kinderpop, we want you to love every piece you pick. We design our products to bring joy, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. If you’re not completely happy, our team is here to make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your order. To keep things fair for everyone, we ask that returned items are:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags and packaging intact
- Be returned within the 7-day return window
Please note that items that show signs of use or arrive without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
To keep our collections fresh and fair, a few items stay with you:
Personalized Picks: Custom creations made just for your little one.
Sale Stars: Items purchased during a promotion or from our "Sale" section.
Love-Worn Items: Anything that has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

The Return Process: Step-by-Step
Need to send something back?
Step 1: Email hello@shopkinderpop.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Once our team gives you the "thumbs up," securely pack your items.
Step 3: As a small boutique, we ask that customers arrange and cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items. Kinderpop is not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

Refunds & Timelines
Once your return arrives, we’ll give it a quick inspection. If everything looks great, we will process your refund to your original payment method.Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging so we can prioritize your fix!
